Bell Series:

The Twelve Heartbeats of Bronze

"Ding ——"
Manhattan antique clock restorer Bellamy will never forget that noon moment: when the bronze-tone hammer struck the 1647 church bell core, the resonant copper sound turned into a concrete light in his cochlea. The Bell lamp series, which was born a decade later, reproduced this voicing code with an all-copper skeleton - each lamp had to be tempered 12 times at 1600 °C until the copper emitted a crisp echo similar to the ringing of a bell, and the lamp shade could be cast in acrylic. The burnt copper frame of the porch wall lamp has the fish scale pattern of the hand-wrought hammer, and the arc of the chandelier strictly follows the golden section of the sound wave. On the inside of the lamp stand are inscribed coordinates: 40°42'43" North latitude, 74°00'23 "West longitude, which are the coordinates of the collapse of the last bronze bell tower in New York.
