Can every fixture be customized?

Yes. WREA offers free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States. Expedited shipping and international shipping are also available, with timing and costs depending on the destination, product type, order size, and shipping arrangement. How long does delivery usually take?

Many lighting orders require preparation, inspection, and protective packaging before shipment. Current policy estimates 10–25 business days for preparation and inspection. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business weeks, with total delivery time generally estimated at 7–12 business weeks from order placement to final delivery.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders may ship from WREA’s fulfillment locations in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China, or Leominster, MA, United States, depending on inventory, product type, and order requirements.

How can I track my order?

Returns, Damage & Missing Parts

How do I start a return?
