FAQ
What should I check before installation?
Before installation, review the fixture body, glass pieces, shades, screws, rods or chain, canopy, manual, and included hardware.
If anything is damaged, bent, or missing, do not install it yet. Keep the packaging and photos, then contact us for support.
What if the glass arrives damaged?
Please keep the outer box, inner packaging, photos of the damaged glass, full fixture photos, and your order information.
These details help us review replacement parts, reshipment, or the next support step more quickly.
What if parts are missing?
Please check the manual and parts list first, then take photos of the parts you received.
If screws, rods, shades, glass pieces, or other components are missing, send us your order number and photos.
Do I need a professional installer?
For hardwired fixtures, heavier fixtures, ceiling fan lights, sloped ceilings, high ceilings, or complex ceiling conditions, we recommend working with a qualified installer.
This helps confirm wiring, support, and mounting position more safely.
What if the wiring point is not in the right place?
If the ceiling or wall wiring point is not aligned with the planned fixture location, ask your installer to review whether it can be adjusted.
You can also send us ceiling photos, wiring location, and product photos so we can help review the situation.
Can a chandelier be installed on a sloped ceiling?
Some chandeliers can work with sloped ceilings, depending on fixture structure, hanging method, ceiling angle, and whether an adapter is needed.
If you are unsure, send us ceiling photos and the product link before installation.
What if the light does not turn on or the dimming does not work?
First check the bulb type, wiring, switch, dimmer, and power connection.
If the issue continues, stop using the fixture, have the wiring reviewed by your installer, and send us the issue details with photos.
What if my installation setup is different from the guide?
If your ceiling, wiring, parts, or installation site is different from the guide, pause the installation first.
Send us product photos, ceiling photos, parts photos, and a short note about the issue so we can help review the next step.
