For sizing, installation, or spatial compatibility questions, please provide room photos, ceiling height, fixture placement, table or island dimensions, wall or cabinet clearance, and any notes from your contractor or licensed electrician. These details are especially useful for dining rooms, kitchen islands, staircases, entryways, vaulted ceilings, and low-ceiling spaces.

For order changes, cancellation requests, address updates, custom details, or time-sensitive fulfillment questions, please contact us as early as possible. Once an order has entered production, packing, customization, or shipment preparation, some updates may no longer be possible.
