Manufacturer's Warranty

Warranty questions, replacement parts, missing components, product concerns, and after-sales support.

Structural & Electrical Warranty Support

Lighting should be selected with long-term use in mind, not treated as a disposable decorative item. For that reason, eligible fixtures are supported by a 2-year warranty covering qualifying product issues under normal use, subject to our warranty terms.

This may include reviewed manufacturing-related concerns involving fixture structure, approved hardware components, or electrical components supplied with the fixture. Because lighting installation involves wiring, mounting, ceiling conditions, bulbs, dimmers, and local electrical requirements, all fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician or qualified installer.

Warranty coverage does not apply to issues caused by incorrect installation, improper wiring, incompatible bulbs or dimmers, unauthorized modifications, misuse, normal wear, site conditions, accidental damage, or changes made after delivery. If a problem occurs, please contact us with your order number, photos, installation details, and a clear description of the issue so we can review the case accurately.

For fixtures used in commercial, hospitality, studio, or project settings, warranty eligibility may depend on the fixture type, installation conditions, usage environment, and order record. We recommend confirming any project-specific requirements before purchase.

To understand what is covered, what is excluded, and how to submit a warranty request, please review our Detailed Warranty Terms.

Material Character & Quality Review

Material details can vary by fixture, finish, and production method. Some lighting designs may include metal finishes, glass shades, textured surfaces, plated components, painted details, natural materials, or hand-finished elements depending on the specific product.

For fixtures that include natural, formed, or hand-finished materials, subtle variations in tone, texture, surface depth, glass formation, pattern, or finish movement may occur. These differences can be part of the material character, especially when the fixture is viewed under changing daylight, warm bulbs, nearby wall colors, or surrounding furniture finishes.

Minor variations should be reviewed together with the product description, product photos, finish details, and material information listed for the specific fixture. They are not always considered defects, particularly when they relate to natural surface movement, glass formation, finish variation, or normal material aging.

However, if you notice a possible structural issue, abnormal finish damage, broken component, loose hardware, wiring concern, or any condition that appears outside normal material variation, please contact us with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.

We will review the information based on the fixture type, product details, order record, installation status, and submitted photos to determine the appropriate next step.

You can submit a Quality Assessment Request for review.

Component Verification & Missing Parts

Before a fixture is packed, the included components are reviewed based on the product configuration and order details. Lighting orders may include mounting brackets, canopies, rods, chains, screws, finials, glass shades, bulbs where applicable, installation hardware, or other fixture-specific parts.

When your order arrives, we recommend checking all included components before scheduling installation. This is especially important for chandeliers, pendant lights, multi-arm fixtures, wall sconces, ceiling lights, and project orders with multiple boxes or repeated fixture quantities.

If a required component appears to be missing, please keep the outer box, interior packaging, hardware bags, labels, and all included parts until the issue has been reviewed. Clear photos of the packaging, fixture, hardware bag, product label, and the area where the missing part is expected can help us confirm the issue more accurately.

Once the information is received, we will review the order record, fixture type, packing details, and submitted photos to determine the appropriate next step. For verified missing components, support may include replacement hardware, component fulfillment, installation-related clarification, or further order assistance depending on the part and product availability.

We recommend reporting missing parts as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within 48 hours, especially if an electrician, contractor, or renovation schedule is involved.

Please log any missing component concerns through our Component Fulfillment Portal.

Replacement Parts Support

A fixture does not always need to be replaced in full when one component is damaged, worn, or missing after use. Depending on the fixture type, order record, and component availability, replacement parts may be available for selected products.

This may include glass shades, globes, rods, chains, canopies, mounting hardware, screws, finials, approved electrical components, LED drivers, or other fixture-specific parts. Availability depends on the original product design, production status, finish, size, electrical configuration, and whether the component can be safely replaced.

If a part is damaged during installation, affected after extended use, or needs to be replaced outside the original delivery review window, please contact us with your order number, product name, photos of the fixture, and a clear description of the part needed. This helps us confirm the correct component and avoid sending an incompatible part.

Electrical components, LED drivers, wiring-related parts, and dimming-related issues should always be reviewed with a licensed electrician before replacement. Not every electrical issue is caused by the fixture itself, and compatibility may depend on bulbs, dimmers, wiring, installation conditions, and local electrical requirements.

Once the request is reviewed, we can confirm whether the part is available, whether there is a cost, and what the estimated fulfillment timeline may be. For eligible warranty-related issues, replacement part support may be handled according to our warranty terms.
