Lighting Works Made for Finished Spaces

A fixture is not just a product on its own.
Once it enters a dining room, kitchen island, entry hall, staircase, bedroom, or commercial interior, it affects proportion, visual weight, light quality, and the sense of completion within the space.

Built to Make Complex Lighting Projects Easier to Execute

The real challenge in a commercial lighting project is not only choosing a beautiful fixture.

Hotel lobbies, restaurants, showrooms, corridors, and reception spaces often involve size review, quantity planning, custom communication, installation conditions, packaging, shipping, and delivery timing.
If one key detail is unclear, it can affect the entire project schedule.
With more than ten years of lighting project experience, our team helps designers, purchasers, and commercial clients clarify complex requirements early:
what can use an existing product, what needs size adjustment, what may require customization, and what should be confirmed before production and shipment.

The value of experience is not making the process complicated. It is helping the project avoid unnecessary mistakes.

Over Ten Years of Project Experience

Our team has long worked with lighting project clients and understands common issues in hotels, restaurants, showrooms, model spaces, and commercial interiors.

Commercial Project Communication

For designers, purchasers, and renovation teams, we can review space dimensions, fixture quantity, installation locations, and delivery timing before the project moves forward.

Custom and Multi-Fixture Capability

We support multi-fixture orders, size adjustments, finish direction, drop length changes, and selected custom structures to help fixtures fit the project space more closely.

Delivery and After-Sales Follow-Up

Commercial lighting requires clearer packaging, shipping, and issue-handling support. We pay attention to pre-shipment confirmation, protective packaging, delivery communication, and after-sales follow-up.

Process

From Brief Confirmation to Lighting Delivery

Requirement Review

Send space photos, drawings, dimensions, ceiling height, installation locations, estimated quantity, and timeline. We review the space first and confirm the basic lighting direction and feasibility.

Solution Confirmation

Confirm the fixture style, size, quantity, finish, mounting method, quotation, and lead time. If any specification adjustment or customization is needed, it is clarified at this stage.

Production & Delivery

Once the solution is confirmed, the order moves into production, checking, packaging, shipping, and follow-up. This helps the lighting move into the actual space with a clearer process.

FAQ

How do you use the project information I submit?

We use the project details you submit only to review your lighting request, including room photos, floor plans, measurements, installation notes, and product-related questions.

We do not sell your project materials, share them for unrelated commercial use, or use them in our marketing without your permission. If the project is completed or you decide not to continue, project review materials that are no longer needed will be removed from our working records within 72 hours, unless certain information must be retained for order, legal, payment, or support record purposes.

For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

What types of commercial spaces can you support?

We mainly support hotel lobbies, hotel corridors, commercial restaurants, brand showrooms, reception spaces, model residences, retail stores, office front areas, and multi-fixture requests.

If your space is different, you can still send photos and basic details first. We will review whether it is suitable for further discussion.

Can I contact you without complete drawings?

Yes.

A complete design package is not required at the first step.

Space photos, basic dimensions, ceiling height, installation location, estimated quantity, or reference images are enough to begin the review.

The clearer the information, the easier it is to review fixture direction, size, and custom feasibility.

Do you support multi-fixture orders?

Yes.

Commercial spaces often require more than one fixture, especially across multiple areas, different sizes, consistent finishes, or coordinated lighting directions.

You can send the estimated quantity and space type first. We will review the quantity, size direction, and next communication step.

Can the size, finish, or drop length be customized?

Some fixtures can be discussed for size, finish, drop length, or selected structural adjustments.

Customization depends on the fixture style, quantity, structure, installation conditions, and production feasibility.

We cannot promise every customization before the details are reviewed.

What should be confirmed first for a commercial space?

The first details to confirm are space dimensions, ceiling height, installation location, estimated quantity, and how the space will be used.

These details affect fixture size, drop height, quantity planning, custom needs, quotation, and delivery communication.

Can you quote directly?

If the product, quantity, size, and delivery needs are clear, quotation can move forward.

If the information is incomplete, we will first clarify the key details before deciding whether the request is for an existing product, adjusted specification, or custom direction.

This helps make the quotation more accurate and reduces later revisions.

How is the delivery timeline confirmed?

Delivery timing depends on the fixture style, quantity, customization needs, production time, packaging, and shipping arrangement.

If your project has an opening date, renovation schedule, or installation deadline, include it when submitting the request so timing can be reviewed early.

What happens if a fixture arrives damaged or with missing parts?

High-value lighting is packed with protective measures before shipment.

If a fixture arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a clear shipping issue, keep the packaging, take photos, and contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the order details, photos, and issue information to help with the next step.

What information should I submit?

We recommend sending space photos, drawings or renderings, ceiling height, dimensions, installation location, estimated quantity, delivery timeline, and reference lighting direction.

A complete package is not required at the beginning.

Send the basic information first, and we will let you know what else may be needed.
